There are several conditions for upgrading Rise of Kingdom that players must meet.
Every upgrade CH level there are always different conditions that players must meet. Currently level 25 is arguably the highest level of CH, don’t be surprised if the requirements for upgrading are quite difficult compared to the previous level. Following are the conditions:
Conditions for Up CH Rise Of Kingdom
1. Wall Level Must be Level 24
Wall is the first defensive building owned by the player built by the player. The higher the level of the Wall, the stronger the defense of the city. This wall level is also the main requirement for upgrading City Hall.
In upgrading City Hall, there is always a requirement for the Wall building to reach a certain level first. At the moment upgrade City Hall level 25, Wall Level is required to be at least one level below it. At least Wall Level must be level 24.
2. Level 24 for Building Trading Post
As the name suggests, the Trading Post is a building within the city of Rise of Kingdom that is used to exchange resources with alliance members. Not all City Hall level upgrades have a level requirement for Trading Post buildings. For upgrade City Hall to Level 25, Trading Post is required to be level 24.
Must have a high level Trading Post building. So, players must join and actively trade or exchange before they can upgrade City Hall to the maximum level.
3. Requirements for Up CH Rise Of Kingdom, City Hall Construction Fee
The next requirement for upgrading Rise of Kingdom is to have sufficient funds for the cost of building or upgrading City Hall. Of course, the higher the level, the more development costs the player will need. The cost of building City Hall will use the stored food (Food), Wood (Wooden), and Stone (Stone). The cost alone is 92.2 M for food, 92.2 M for wood, and 36 M for stone.
This number is of course very large, if you really want to build City Hall to the maximum level. It is highly recommended for players to start saving from City Hall level 11. Do not immediately upgrade City Hall when the funds are sufficient, it is highly recommended to over budget so that players still have spare funds when the City Hall upgrade is in progress.
4. Have a Master’s Blueprint
Unlike upgrading City Hall at the previous level, upgrading City Hall from level 24 to level 25 requires a special item. The item in question is the Masters Blueprint, this item can be purchased directly at the shop using Gems. The price itself is actually quite expensive, namely 2000 Gems.
5. Development Time
For players who want to upgrade City Hall to level 25, they are required to have extra patience because the construction time required is very long. Even the build time required to upgrade to level 25, is 4 times longer than the previous upgrade time. In total it takes 126 days to upgrade to level 25. That means players have to wait approximately 4 months.
Those are the conditions for upgrading Rise of Kingdom to level 25, there are many conditions that must be met and they tend to be more difficult than the previous upgrade. However, this is a natural thing. Because, level 25 is a high level which will give players a lot of advantages as well.
