Square Enix’s journey in recent years is indeed quite interesting for us to follow. It’s hard enough to describe the state of Square Enix at least for the past year or so. Was Square Enix really a huge success or not?
They did achieve great success through Final Fantasy VII Remake. However, this success was also successfully covered by the loss of Marvel’s Avengers. According to reports, Square Enix suffered substantial losses due to the game’s failure.
Square Enix developing Guardian of the Galaxy game?
Despite carrying the name Marvel Entertainment, Square Enix did not succeed in getting fans interested in playing the game. As a result, like it or not, they have to rack their brains again to continue to improve the game.
You could say it failed miserably with Marvel’s Avengers, it doesn’t seem like Square Enix just stopped. Recently they were reportedly developing a game from Guardians of the Galaxy.
Announced via E3 next month?
This information itself comes from an insider – Jeff Grubb. Through his latest Podcast, he confirmed that Square Enix is indeed developing the Guardians of The Galaxy game and will be announced at E3 this year.
However, we need to remind you that there has been no confirmation from Square Enix itself regarding this news. Game Guardians of the Galaxy itself has indeed surfaced a few years ago, but has not been confirmed.
