How to Upload 60 Seconds Reels
In fact, changing the duration of the reels requires some special tricks, because there is no choice of duration from the appearance of the existing reels, here’s how to change the duration of the reels to 60 seconds.
- Open Instagram, then select the reel icon as when you want to make video reels,
- Tap the reels icon to record, then tap stop in the middle of recording,
- Please tap on the icon < which is on the left of the reels icon to review the videos you took before,
- So just select the trash icon to delete the video, then select discard,
- Viola! in the row of setting icons, there will be an option to change the duration of the ig reels,
- Please tap on the icon marked with a number 15then the duration will change to 30, 60, or 15.
- Please select and start recording the reels.
With the change in the duration of Instagram reels to 60 seconds, it seems that it is increasingly similar to TikTok, gang. The reason is that these reels are predicted to be the main competitors of tiktok, even though tiktok can record up to 3 minutes.
What’s more, the duration is like a regular video feed which is up to 60 seconds too, even though the aspect ratio is different, if the reels are 16:9 then the video feed is 1:1 or 4:5.
