A surprise happened at the PlayStation Showcase event today. Which is where Insomniac Games announced that they are developing a Wolverine game. That’s right, the developers of Marvel’s Spider-Man and Ratchet & Clank will again show their abilities.
The game, titled Marvel’s Wolverine, is planned to be released exclusively for the PlayStation 5 without a definite release date. This announcement itself comes along with a short trailer with a duration of less than 1 minute.
Insomniac Games Announce Marvel’s Wolverine
The trailer shows Wlverine wearing a cowboy hat and sitting at a bar. In which there was a male figure coming from behind and Wolverine suddenly showing his claws.
Through the PlayStation Blog, it was confirmed that Marvel’s Wolverine is a standalone game. This game will be directed by Brian Horton and Cameron Christian.
In the early stages of development
In addition, Marvel’s Wolverine is confirmed to be still in the early stages of development. This game will show Wolverine’s action in helping people who are unable to do so.
For now, there isn’t much information that Insomniac Games has provided regarding Marvel’s Wolverine. Along with this, Insomniac Games also announced the presence of Spider-Man 2 on the PlayStation Showcase.
