- Fill in all the required data, your full name, skill academy email, class invoice from Bukalapak/tokopedia, and your active whatapps number.
- Send the data and wait for the next few days, later when it’s finished you will be informed via email & whatapps.
The length of time or not to fix the name on the certificate depends on the queue, if the queue is long it may be slower. But if the queue is quiet then it can be faster, the important thing is that you have to be patient waiting for the name change process.
You need to know that certificates in SA are generated automatically by the program, so no one else will touch or see your certificate in SA training. The certificate is just a plain image print without a name, then the system will write to the image based on the name on the skill academy account and the class you are taking.
