There are lots of Webmoney users who have difficulty when they want to make a withdrawal, especially when the balance will be transferred to a local bank.
One thing you should know is that Webmoney does not support direct transfers to local banks.
The solution is you have to use Money Changer services before directing funds to your local bank account.
How to Transfer from Webmoney to Local Bank
Before making a transfer, there are some important things you should know.
- Firstthe minimum transfer that can be made from Webmoney is $10.
- Secondthe Money Changer site used is https://www.bestonlinechanger.com which will charge $12.
So before transferring make sure your existing balance in Webmoney is sufficient and more than $12.

Step 1: Open Money Changer Site
Through the browser application on your device, please open the site https://www.bestonlinechanger.com.
After the site opens directly select the menu Sell.
Step 2: Fill Required Data
There is quite a lot of data that you must fill in the form that appears, to make it more clear, please look at the image below:
Please fill in all the data on the form Selling Data correctly, make sure there are no errors at all.
If you have filled all the data correctly, please select Confirmation.
Step 3: Confirm Data Via Email
Open the email that you used when filling out the Sales Data previously and open the email that contains something like the image above.
Make sure all the data is correct then open the link indicated by the red arrow in the image below:
Step 4: Identity Verification
You must also verify your identity for the transaction to be successful.
Please prepare a photo or scan of your ID card to be used in the verification process.
Fill in all identity data correctly and upload photos or scan ID cards.
If so, please select Submit.
Once your identity is verified you will be asked to transfer the balance from your Webmoney account to Money Changer’s Webmoney account.
Step 5: Transfer Balance to Webmoney Money Changer Account
This is the final step, to do so please follow the steps below:
- Login to your Webmoney account then select menu Transfer.
- Fill in all the required data, then select OK.
- Well, at this stage all you have to do is wait until the transfer process is successful.
