Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro, Review of the Latest Specifications and Prices

In an event in China, Redmi, which is a sub-brand of Xiaomi, has just launched its latest flagship phone, the Redmi K20 Pro. Redmi K20 Pro is claimed to be Xiaomi’s fastest phone.

In the Antutu benchmark test, the Redmi K20 Pro got a score of 388,803 points. This score outperforms the previous Xiaomi flagship phone, the Mi 9 which has a score of 372,006 and is powered by the same chipset, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855.

Redmi K20 Pro is equipped with a 7 nm fabricated Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset with octa-core processor support (1×2.84 GHz Kryo 485 & 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 485 & 4×1.78 GHz Kryo 485) and GPU Adreno 640. Redmi K20 Pro is available in RAM options 6 GB and 8 GB and 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB of internal storage. Xiaomi also embeds the Game Turbo 2.0 feature which can improve performance in playing games.

The Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro Super AMOLED screen is equipped with scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass protection. With a full-screen design, the Redmi K20 Pro has no notch or bangs. The front camera uses a pop up mechanism with a resolution of 20 MP.

While on the back, 3 cameras have been pinned, each with a resolution of 48 MP f/1.75, 13 MP f/2.4 ultra wide and 8 MP f/2.4 telephoto. One of its flagship features is being able to record slow motion videos up to 960 fps.

Bringing powerful smartphone specifications, the Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro is supported by a Li-Po battery with a capacity of 4,000 mAh which is equipped with a 27W fast charging feature. In addition, this phone has also been supported by the NFC feature for digital transactions, and there is a slot for a 2.5 mm headphone jack.

The Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro uses the Android Pie operating system with MIUI 10.
