Understanding Office Button
Understanding Office Button, The Office Button button is located in the upper left corner of the Microsoft Excel 2010 application window. This button contains commands related to handling Microsoft Excel 2010 window controls. The commands in question are Restore, Move, Size, Minimize, Maximiza, and Close. You can display the Microsoft Excel 2010 window as you wish via this button.

Functions and Icons on the Office Button
Office Button Functions, When the Office button is clicked, several display menus will appear that serve to speed up the work process. Here I will give the function of the Office Button icon.
=> Restore: Its function is to minimize the view of the Microsoft Excel window that is used.
=> Move: Its function is to move or shift the position of the Microsoft Excel window after it is small.
=> Size: This function adjusts the size of the Microsoft Excel window display according to your needs.
=> Minimize: Its function is to hide the Microsoft Excel window on the taskbar.
=> Maximize: Function Returns the display size of the Microsoft Excel window at the maxidmal size.
=> Close: Its function is to close the Microsoft Excel window that is currently active or running.
Understanding Quick Access Toolbar
Quick Access Toolbar is a toolbar that contains icons that are used as shortcuts to call certain commands. This toolbar is used to group icons that are often used in document processing.
By default the Quick Access Toolbar consists of three icons, namely, the Save icon (to save the file or document we are working on), Undo (to cancel the last command), and the last one is Redo (to cancel Undo or redo the canceled command. can add some icons (commands) on the Quick Access Toolbar according to our needs.
To enter or add command icons contained in the Quick Access Toolbar you can follow the steps below.
- Click the arrow button to the right of the Quick Access Toolbar row.
- Put a check mark in the box that is available next to the icon option.

If it turns out that the Quick Access Toolbar facility does not contain the required icon, you can access and at the same time insert the icon into the Quick Access Toolbar with the steps below.
- Click the combo box button on the Quick Access Toolbar.
- Select it and click on the More Commands command.
- Select one of the desired icons, enter it into the Quick Access toolbar selection box (click Add to add a command and click Remove to cancel the command).

- Next, Click “OK”.
By default the Quick Access Toolbar is located at the top of the Microsoft Excel 2010 window, just to the right of the Office Button. You can move the Quick Access Toolbar position below the ribbon. You can see how you can do that below.
- Click the arrow icon to the right of the Quick Access Toolbar icons, so the display will look like the image below.

- Click “Show Below the Ribbon”, so that the Quick Access Toolbar will look like the image below.

Functions and Icons on the Quick Access Toolbar
=> Save: Its function is to save files that have been or are being worked on.
=> Undo: Its function is to undo the last command given.
=> Redo: Its function is to undo Undo.
=> New: Its function is to create a new paper page.
=> Open: Its function is to open files or documents that have been created using Microsoft Excel 2010.
=> E-mail: Send documents via e-mail using the internet to the desired e-mail address.
=> Quick Print: Its function is to print documents or files to the printer quickly in paper form.
=> Print Preview and Print: Its function is to see how the document looks before printing.
=> Sort Ascending: This function sorts the data from the smallest to the largest.
=> Sort Descending: This function sorts the data from the largest to the smallest.
=> Spelling: Its function is to check the spelling of words in the text that we write.
=> Open Recent File: Its function is to display the File menu tab.
