Garena Indonesia hold a tournament show Point Blank Garena Championship 2022 (PBGC 2022), this tournament is planned to be held in Surabaya Town Square, Surabaya at the end of March.

Each team that manages to win an inter-regional match will get one ticket for the 2022 PBGC Grand Final.
