Who is eligible to join the MyTelkomsel x ShopeePay program?

All prepaid subscribers (simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop), valid once per customer during the program period.

What are the terms and conditions of the MyTelkomsel x ShopeePay program?

  • The program is valid for purchasing credit and packages on the MyTelkomsel application using the ShopeePay payment method.
  • Maximum cashback/day is 1 transaction/user/merchant.
  • Maximum cashback/month is 1 transaction/user/merchant.
  • Maximum cashback is 1 time per device/user/day.
  • Cashback is sent automatically to ShopeePay users in the form of Shopee Coins after successful payment.
  • Shopee coins cannot be cashed but can still be used on the Shopee application or at ShopeePay merchants.
  • Shopee coins will be forfeited if not used within 3 months.
  • If the user makes a refund, the cashback promo cannot be used again at the same merchant on the same day.
  • Shopee has the right to cancel cashback payments or if necessary, cancel transactions or freeze accounts, if there are indications of abuse by users.
  • Promotions are subject to change at any time.
