A5 Kertas Paper Function
Because of its small size, this paper is not used to print formal documents which generally use A4 paper.
A5 is generally used for the following purposes:
1. Notebook
A5 paper is very suitable for use as Notebook paper. Its small size makes it easy to carry anywhere.
2. Leaflets/Brochures
Do you often get leaflets or brochures distributed on the street? It is small in size, fits in the hand, and is easy to carry around. Well, most of these brochures or leaflets use A5 paper.
3. Desk Calendar or Sitting Calendar
This calendar intentionally uses A5 paper so that it fits and doesn’t fill the table. You may often see this small calendar on your office desk or as a gift from a wedding invitation.

How to Set A5 Paper in Word
To do this setting, you can do it from scratch or to a ready-made document. The trick is:
- Open your Microsoft Word application. Here I use office 365. Whatever version of Microsoft Office you have, the method is the same, only the appearance may be slightly different.
- Click the layout (layout) in the top menu.
- Then click size (size). Choose A5 paper.
- If in your Microsoft Word there is no A5 option, then you can enter the size manually.
- Click another paper size (more paper size)
- Then enter the size manually as follows.
- Click OK. Finished. Now the paper in Word has changed to A5.

How to Set A5 Paper in Excel
A5 paper is also often used in Excel, especially for making leaflets that contain tables in it. The method is the same as in Word, there is only a slight difference in the name of the menu.
- Open the Microsoft Excel application.
- Click page layout (page layout) > size (size) > select A5.
- If there is no A5 paper option, enter the size manually. Click another paper size (more paper size). Input A5 paper size > click OK.
- Finished.

How to Set A5 Paper in Photoshop
If you want to use A5 paper in Photoshop, use the following method to set it up.
- Open your Photoshop application. In this tutorial I’m using Photoshop CS6.
- Once the application is open, click File > New.
- A new tab will appear
- In the presets section, change it to International Paper.
- Then in the Size section, change it to A5.
- If in the Size section there is no A5 option, use the following method.
- Change the preset section to Custom. Then enter the A5 paper size in the Width and Height sections manually.
- Click OK. Finished.
