LVMH Luxury Goods US And Chinese People Love To Buy

www.rancakmedia.com – The people of the US and China like to buy LVMH luxury goods. The luxury goods distribution group LVMH is on the verge of reviving. The French company reports that remarketing is growing at a nerve.

With the introduction of Reuters on Wednesday (14 April 2022), the marketing of LVMH products such as Louis Vuitton and Dior has increased again due to significant demand for handbags. The increase in appetite came from Chinese and US consumers who took advantage of the relaxation of pandemic restrictions.

LVMH and other luxury goods companies initially suffered from various international tourism shutdown regulations. The critique raises anxiety that customers will lose their purchasing power and desire for some quality goods.

LVMH is the largest company in the industry and owns more than 70 global brands, from Moet and Chandon champagnes to Guerlain cosmetics. On Tuesday, the company reported better financial performance than in years prior to the outbreak.

Marketing of LVMH’s jewelry business, Tiffany, grew 30% year-on-year to 14 billion euros, or $16.70 billion, in the first quarter of 2022. That’s double the 17% growth deal research forecast.

Marketing in Asia excluding Japan was up 86% year-on-year, and marketing in the US, which started the big stimulant program, was up 23%. In Europe, however, marketing is down 9%.

In most of Asia, the LVMH chain has been open since last spring. Luxury goods customers, for example, buy Vuitton products online. Even if according to LVMH, online marketing is still a small factor in the overall business.

And some of them generally prefer to buy exclusive goods through e-commerce or what is called electronic commerce. That’s what in turn moved several popular brands into online marketing.

Besides that, there are also those who hold virtual events with unique ideas to interact directly with consumers. Opening a branch is one of the tactics to increase marketing.

“Nothing can replace a shop visit,” said CFO Jean-Jacques Guiony.
