Measure operation Destiny tells the story of a time in 2047, when the world was changed by the fall of a black meteor. The meteor turns out to be a scary alien monster named D2.
The monster immediately destroyed the world and its contents. They also banned all kinds of music. Because music is their only weakness.
But of course not everyone bows down to D2. Anyone can fight D2. They can play the music they use to fight the evil monsters.
These guys are a bunch of beautiful women who call themselves Musicart. This musical art can draw great power from the music they play. This power is used to defeat D2. The Musicarts is directed by a conductor.
Fate brings together a man named Takt with a Musicart girl named Unmei. Takt is a conductor. His only wish is to bring music back to the world.
Meanwhile, Unmei or Destiny have a desire to destroy all D2 forever. They also team up and decide to go to New York and destroy D2 in the process.

The name of each Musicart character is unique because it is inspired by the titles of famous classical musicians. The name Destiny, for example, comes from the song “Symphony No. 5” by Ludwig van Beethoven which is also known as the motif of destiny. Then the name Mukosei was taken from the title song “The Planets” by Gustac Holst.
Mukosei means Jupiter in Japanese. Next up is Kira, whose name comes from “Kirakira-boshi” which is Japanese for the song “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star”.
