Kojima Productions mascot is not a skull

Kojima Productions re-released a new image containing their main mascot character named Ludens.

Although until now there is still no official information about the Action game that is being worked on by the production studio team created by Hideo Kojima. But it seems they want to get us closer to the Mascot first before introducing the Action game they are working on.

Kojima Productions sent this image to GameSpot, it says “I’ll Keep Coming.” which means I will keep going back. Besides that, the mascot image also reveals something new, it turns out that so far the mascot of Kojima Productions is not a skull with a Power Suit. The skull is just a mask, as evidenced by the image below:

But we still don’t know the real identity of Ludens, because all that can be seen from the mascot are his eyes. Kojima Productions declined to comment on the new image. When asked further, they said “you are free to imagine what you see”.

Ludens was first revealed in mid-May. At that time, producer Kojima Productions Kenichiro Imaizumi says “This is not a picture of the game in progress”. At least we know that the main Mascot is not a character in the game they are working on.

Kojima Productions is currently collaborating with Sony Interactive Entertainment to make exclusive games on the Playstation 4, the games in question are those that are in the process of being produced.
