How to Turn Off Windows Defender in Windows 10

There are several ways that can be done to disable Windows Defender in Windows 10. In this article, I provide 3 of the easiest ways.

1. Using Windows Security

This method is the easiest to do, but only temporarily disables Windows Defender.

1. Go to Settings > Update & Security
2. Click the Windows Security menu
3. Then click Virus & threat protection
4. Then click Manage Settings
5. In the Real-time protection section, change the on sign to off.
