How to Share Screen on Zoom on Windows
Please make sure that you are running the Zoom application on your Windows.
- Click the Share Screen button located in your meeting controls.
- Select the screen you want to share. You can also select individual apps that are already open on your computer, desktop, whiteboard, or iPhone/iPad.
(Optional) Enable these features:
- check Share Computer Sound: If you check this option, any sound your computer plays will be shared in the meeting.
- check Optimize for full screen video clip: Check this if you are going to share a video clip in full screen mode. Do not check this, as it may cause the share screen to become blurry.
- Click Share.
- Zoom will automatically switch to full screen to optimize the share screen display. To exit full screen, click Exit Full Screen in the upper right corner or press the Esc key.
- To disable automatic full screen when viewing a Share Screen, disable this option in your desktop client settings: Go to full screen automatically when a participant shares a screen.

How to share screen on zoom on an Android phone
On Android phones, you can also start sharing the screen on your cellphone screen to Zoom easily. However there are a few notes that you should know when you share screen on Zoom on an Android phone namely (1) some of these options can be disabled in your account settings, under Integrations. (2) Device audio will not be shared. For example, if you play a video on your device and share your screen, the audio of the video will not be shared and (3) share screen requires Android 5.0 or higher.
- Make sure the Zoom application is opened from your Android.
- Click Share on your control screen.
- Select the type of share screen you want.
- You can choose to share photos, documents, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, or Microsoft OneDrive for Business, website urls, bookmarks and whiteboards.
It’s easier for you to just share the Android cellphone screen. So when you open something like PPT on your Android screen, the cellphone screen will be projected to your Zoom as well.
- Click Share.
- Select Screen.
- Click Start Now.
- Share Screen will start and Zoom will continue to run in the background. You can now select the apps you want to share.
- At the bottom of your screen, tap Annotate to open the annotation tool or tap Stop Sharing to stop sharing and return to meeting control.
