Secure Folder is actually a hidden place. This not only allows you to secure files and apps behind biometric authentication or lock screen, but in addition, app data stored in Secure Folder will be isolated from the system and can only be accessed via Secure Folder. For example, screenshots captured on the Galaxy Note 10, and screenshots made inside Secure Folder can only be accessed from the Gallery app within Secure Folder.

The procedure for setting up and using Secure Folder on the Galaxy Note 10 is more or less like this.

You can also change the lock type later by going to Settings, accessing Biometrics and security , then tapping Secure Folder and the desired Lock type.
Step 3: Once you have set up Secure Folder, launch the app from the app drawer and unlock it. Then you can tap Add apps or Add file on the main Secure Folder screen and select the items you want to secure.
Step 4 (optional): You can customize Secure Folder and make its existence less conspicuous. Inside Secure Folder, tap the context menu button in the top right corner, then select Customize.
