Actually the files / folders that you delete will not disappear from the hard disk because they will be accommodated in the Recycle Bin for a while while you still need to restore them.
A lot of Recycle Bin will take up hard disk space which may cause slow hard disk reading.
You can delete files in the recycle bin in the menu Windows Explorer > click Recycle Bin > click File > click Empty Recycle Bin .
Or you can run the Disk Cleanup function How to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup > then select the drive you want to clean. After that check the Recycle Bin option if necessary, then click OK.
