Now, let’s see how to migrate email, calendar, documents and files from G-Suite (Google Workspace) to Yandex 360 Business.
How to Move Mailbox from Google Workspace (G-Suite) to Yandex 360?
It’s actually very simple and easy. After you add and verify your domain in Yandex 360 Adminyou can simply start creating a mailbox which will have your domain in the email address.

For importing mailboxes, Yandex offers a built-in importer. Using an importer, you can bulk import mailboxes from any server via IMAP or POP3.
You just need to provide the address and port of the IMAP server along with the CSV file which will contain the username and password. This is very similar to importing mailboxes in Microsoft Exchange.

CSV file template is given there. All you have to do is download it and then fill in the required fields. Upload the CSV file again and then start the import process.
Depends on the number of letters in the mailbox as it may take some time. Once done, you will save all your data from the previous mailbox right inside Yandex.
Note that before running the importer tool, you have to manually create a user in Yandex admin. You also need Yandex account username and password in CSV to save imported emails.
Along with Gmail IMAP credentials, you must also specify Yandex user credentials. Everything else is pretty self-explanatory in that CSV file.
How to Move Google Calendar from Google Workspace (G-Suite) to Yandex 360?
Unfortunately, there is no custom importer in Yandex Calendar. But what you can do is export your Google Calendar in iCAL format and then import it in Yandex.
It’s simple and actually fast. The small downside is, each user has to configure it separately for their account. Just like mailboxes, you won’t be able to do it in bulk.
So, you can simply start by exporting your Google Calendar. For that, start by going to Calendar settings.
From Import & export, you select the calendar you want to export. This will give you a ZIP file containing the iCAL files corresponding to the calendar you selected.
Now, in Yandex Calendar, you just need to import the iCAL file that you just downloaded above. Click the New Calendar link and then from the popup go to the Import section. From there, you select the File option and then upload the iCAL file.

In this way, you can easily import Google Calendar in Yandex Calendar. You can actually import multiple calendars this way.
How to Move Google Docs, Slides, Sheets from Google Workspace (G-Suite) to Yandex 360?
Yandex uses Office online for Sheets, Docs, and presentations. To move the documents that you have created in Google Office tools, you actually have to migrate your Google Drive to Yandex Disk. This is because all those documents are stored in Google Drive.
Unfortunately, Yandex does not support uploading files from Google Drive directly. This means, you have to manually move it from Drive to Yandex Disk. And there are 2 ways to do it.
Method 1: Download GDrive Content and Upload to Yandex Disk
Google and Yandex offer official desktop applications for their cloud storage. You can download all your data from Google Drive on PC using Google Drive client. There are also some unofficial Drive clients that you can use.
Once all the data is downloaded, you can simply upload it to Yandex Disk using the desktop application. It’s that simple. In addition, the Yandex Disk application supports folder synchronization.
So, what you can do is select the folder where all the downloaded Drive content is, and then Yandex will take care of the rest.
Method 2: Sync Google Drive Cloud Storage with Yandex Disk
Another option for moving cloud data from Google Drive to Yandex is through a cloud sync tool. There are online tools that you can use to sync cloud storage between one or more cloud platforms.
There are free ones too and below are free services that you can use.
MultiCoud

MultCoud offers cloud transfers as well as cloud sync. You can simply sign up for free and then add your cloud storage to the transfer workflow. You just need to authorize Google and Yandex accounts here to move all files.
Since we only need to move the data once, choose the cloud transfer option. Sign in with Google and then just sign in with Yandex. Note that in the case of Yandex, you have to enter the application password. You can create an app password for your Yandex disk file in account settings.
