You can download the PDF Merger and Splitter application at the Microsoft Store. So, this app is only available for Windows.
If you don’t have this app yet, please go to the Microsoft Store and search for PDF Merger and Splitter.

- Wait for the Merge process for a while. Merged files will be automatically downloaded.

How to Merge PDF Files on HP
There are many applications for merging PDF files on mobile. However, here I only choose 3 that I think are the best and easy to use.
The three applications are Xodo PDF Reader & Editor, PDF Utils, PDF Utility, and Fast PDF Converter & PDF Reader. You can use this application to combine pdfs into one on your cellphone, without having to open a laptop.

- Download and Install the Fast PDF Converter & PDF Reader application first
- Open the app > select Merge PDFs
- Click Select PDF > Check all PDFs to be merged > click OK.

- To view the file, go to Internal Storage > PDF Manager.
