How to Make a Sticker on the Signal Application that’s Hits – Official Signal adds a new feature, namely animated stickers. In addition to the program’s default stickers, users can also create their own stickers.
The method is really easy, but users need to be connected to Signal Desktop to make this sticker. Then before starting, make sure that you have prepared the sticker that will be added to Signal.
First, open Signal Desktop, then specify File and Create/Upload Sticker Pack. As a side note, you can add up to 200 stickers in a PNG or WebP pattern with an open background.
Make sure the sticker has a size of 512 x 512 pixels. Next, upload the prepared stickers. Here, you can sort the order of the stickers by drag and drop.
Next, you need to select the emoji that represents the sticker you added. 1 emoji as representative of 1 sticker.
That means, if you add 12 stickers, for example, you need to choose the 12 most representative emoji for all of them.
Next, you can give the title of the sticker pack you made and write the name of the initiator of the sticker.
Importantly, Stickers are not associated with Signal Creator accounts. Therefore, you cannot change the sticker pack after uploading it.

- Animated stickers must be a separate APNG file. Please don’t upload GIFs.
- Each sticker has a size limit of 300kb.
- Animated stickers are up to 3 seconds long.

Recommendation
- If necessary, outline the sticker to work on light and dark backgrounds.
- 16 px margin around each sticker.
- Transparent background.
- Animated stickers must have 30 or 60 FPS.
- Animated stickers should move smoothly.
- Animated stickers should be arranged where the first frame expresses the sticker’s main feeling or idea.
- Animated stickers display the first frame as a static image for older devices that don’t support APNG playback.
