Create Album for Slideshow

In order to be able to create a slideshow in Google Photos, First of all you have to select an existing album or create a new one. Here’s how to do it:

Desktop PC

1. Open your PC’s web browser.

2. Type
   photos.google.com

   in the browser bar at the top, or click the link.

3. Sign in to your Google Account.
4. Click the Albums button under Photos.
5. Click the Create album button.

6. Click on the Add title text box and type the name you want to use.

7. Click the Add photo button.

8. Click on the image that you have uploaded to Google Photos which you want in your Slideshow album.

9. Click the blue Finish button.

10. Or, if you want to upload some new images, click Select from computer.

11. Find the image you want to add, select it, then click Open.

Android and iOS

1. Tap on the Google Photos icon on the Home screen of your phone.
2. Sign in to your Google Account.

3. Tap and hold your finger on the image that you want to add to the new album.

4. Select the rest of the image in the same way.
5. Tap the Add + button at the top of the screen.
6. Tap Albums.

7. Tap the Add title text box, then enter a name for your new album.

How to Make a Google Photos Slideshow on a Desktop PC

You can view Google Photos slideshow on desktop & mobile. Here are a few simple steps to create a Google Photos slideshow on a desktop PC.

1. First of all, launch your favorite web browser and open Google Photos.

2. Now, just open any photo and tap on the three dots in the top right corner.

3. From the list of options that appears, click Slideshow.

4. Now, your browser will go full screen, and the photo slideshow will start. You just need to sit and watch the Slideshow.

5. If you want to exit Slideshow, just press the ESC key on your keyboard. If you want to create & view slideshow from specific album, open album and select any photo. Next, click on the three dots and select the Slideshow option.

You can also create Google Photos slideshow on Android and iOS phones. Here are the steps that you have to do:

1. First of all, open the Google Photos app on your device and then tap on the first photo.

2. Next, tap on the three dots in the top right corner.
3. From the pop-up menu, tap Slideshow.

4. The Google Photos app for Android/iOS will start playing a slideshow for all photos. To exit Slideshow, tap the back arrow button.

5. To create a slideshow of images stored in a specific album, tap the Library option.

6. Now, go to the first photo saved in a specific album and tap on the three dots in the top right corner. From the pop-up menu, tap the Slideshow option.

There he is. Now the Google Photos app will start playing photos stored in that particular album. To exit Slideshow, simply tap the back arrow button.
