1. Create a list of items and prices in Microsoft Excel

  • Open Microsoft Word and make sure to use new paper. If still not, please go to File->New->blank document
  • Then select the Mailings tab -> Create->Labels.

  • After filling in the first box, the next step is to fill in the second box. You don’t have to bother filling in manually because what you do is Copy-Paste from the previous label.
  • So that the next label fills the next table, then just click on the section before the item name.
  • Then, go back to the Mailings tab->Rules->Next Record.
  • Later you will see the word “Next Record” before the Item Name.
  • That way, the first and second label boxes are complete. Next is to enter the next label box.
  • Please block and copy or copy all the text on the second label.
  • Then paste or paste in the unfilled pliers label box. Fill it up to the last label box.
  • If you have, first make sure all the label boxes have been filled in
  • Then, go back to Mailing and click Finish & Merge->Edit Individual Document.
  • Then, select All and click OK.

4. Print Price Tags

The final touch is to print a price tag if you have a printer. The method can be seen below:

  • Please select the File tab and select Print. In this section, you should not need to change the paper, size, margins, etc.
