Currently, quite a lot of Wifi Networks use Indihome. It can be said that the Wifi network on Indihome has a fairly wide range. That’s what makes Indihome users more. In addition to knowing the number of users, checking connected devices can also stabilize the Wifi internet network.
Some ways to check devices that are connected to Wifi are as follows.
1. Using an Indihome modem
This point is indeed more focused on using the Indihome Wifi network. this can not be separated from Indihome users who are quite a lot in Indonesia. How to do this can be seen below.
- First of all, you first open the IP modem in the browser. You can use a smartphone or through a PC and laptop.
- Then enter by filling in the IP address of the modem which usually uses 192.168.1.1 then enter.
- If successful, then you will enter the main page that has a username and password.
- Usually the default username and password is “Admin”. Please enter your username and password with the same name, namely “Admin”.
- If successful, then you will enter the main page of the Indihome modem.
- If so, click User Status -> Device Information.
- Next, you will go to a page that has an IP code when using a Wifi network.
Some of the information displayed includes Host Name, Device Type, Mac Address, and Application. Now you can see the list of Wifi users.

2. Using a ZTE .model modem
For those of you who use a modem with a ZTE model, you can try the following method. It can be said that the ZTE and Huawei modems have many users in Indonesia. Even some Indihome modems use the ZTE model.
For its own use, it has similarities with the modem on Indohome. It’s just that there are some differences. The steps can be seen below.
Log in to the ZTE IP using a smartphone or computer browser. Usually the ZTE IP is the same as Indihome, which is 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.100.1.
The next step is to login by entering your username and password. As with the previous method, you enter “Admin” to be able to login.
If successful, you directly navigate to the Network -> WLAN->Associated Devices.
On that page, you can see various devices connected to the Wifi network.
To see if any new devices are connected, please click refresh.
Indeed, the only difference is in terms of the name. on the Associated Devices page, you can block suspicious devices.

3. Using a TP-Link modem
Apart from Indihome and ZTE users, there are also TP-Link users. Basically, these three modems have something in common. It’s just that there are different settings when we use the modem.

- The first thing to do is to install the TP-Link Tether App. You can download it here.
- After downloading and installing it, make sure the smartphone is connected to Wifi.
- Then select My Device so that the modem will be detected. Please click on the modem and later you will be presented with the TP-Link login page.
- Please enter a username and password that has the same name, Admin.
- When successfully logged in, there will be a status named Wireless. This means that the smartphone is already connected to the TP-Link network.
- To be able to find out which devices are connected to Wifi, please go to the Clients tab.
- In this Clients menu, we can see which devices are connected to Wifi.
Similar to the previous point, you can remove or block suspicious devices.

4. Check the device connected to the application
The next way you can try is to use a certain application to be able to check the device is connected to Wifi. This method is certainly easier than some of the points above. Because, just install the application and important information will be displayed.

- Download the app here.
- Once you have downloaded and installed it, please open the app as usual.
- Next, make sure the smartphone you are using is connected to a Wifi modem.
- Then you click Scan in the application. Please follow the instructions contained in the application.
- If you manage to follow the various instructions given, then you can see which devices are connected to the Wifi.
This method is certainly easier as mentioned in the previous point.
