The third step you directly select the menu In-Game in Settings.
In column In-Game FPS Counterit will randomly say Off and then you click it and a dropdown column will appear with many choices according to your wishes.
There are 5 choices, namely off, top-left (Top left corner), Top-right (top right corner), Bottom-right (bottom right corner), bottom-left (bottom left corner).
