Screen Dimmer is a free Screen Dimmer app for Android that dims everything on the screen be it notifications, quick tiles or navigation bar. This app lets you adjust the opacity and color of the dim screen. It places a dimmer control in the notification bar where you can easily adjust the intensity of the screen dim.
