Manchester United vs Brentford League Match Results

www.rancakmedia.com – Manchester United did not manage to win against Premier League promo team Brentford in a friendly match at Old Trafford, Thursday morning WIB.

Even so, the match which finished with a score of 2-2 was a fantastic goal by Manchester United’s center striker Andreas Pereira.

Manchester United started the game with confidence. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s troops took the lead through Anthony Elanga in the 12th minute.

The goal was formed after left-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka passed a cross from the right which was then cleared by Elangan with a shot directed into the bottom corner of the Brentford goal.

But MU did not manage to keep that advantage any longer. The Red Devils goal was immediately conceded 10 minutes later by Ivan Toney until the score was balanced 1-1 at the interval.

In the 2nd set, Manchester United scored another quick goal. Five minutes into the 2nd half, Andreas Pereira scored an amazing goal.

After Jesse Lingard’s shot was denied by goalkeeper David Raya, the next ball was tried to be thrown away by Ethan Pinnock with a header.

The ball then rolled outside the penalty box. Andreas Pereira, who was there, met the ball with a powerful volley that went hard to hit the goal line just before it was confirmed.

Even so, Brentford refused to surrender. They scored again in the 78th minute to force the match after a 2-2 draw.

A series of substitutions occurred in the 60th minute, United’s two goalscorers coming off alongside Juan Mata for Garner, James and Pellistri.

Donny van de Beek was placed later, earning the first minute of pre-season, alongside Hannibal and Shola Shoretire.

Diogo Dalot initially came on at the break for his first appearance in a pre-season red shirt, since coming from the Euros.

Brentford replaced most of their team over the last quarter hour with Bryan Mbeumo on. The Frenchman went through Dalot and beat Tom Heaton in the 78th minute.
