www.rancakmedia.com – Instagram announced the arrival of three new stickers at the start of the holy month of Ramadan. This sticker symbolizes various aspects of the fasting month, such as “Buka-Puasa”, which is the ceremony of breaking the fast at sunset.
A new sticker will appear in the Story Bar, which can be accessed by swiping on the screen when creating an Instagram Story. Instagram stories that use this new Ramadan sticker will be combined into one multi-author story that will appear at the front of the Stories tray.
Tara Bedi, Public Policy and Public Relations Manager at Instagram, Facebook India, reports on the new sticker on her Instagram. Three new stickers depicting unique moments in the month of Ramadan have been introduced.
A sticker with a picture of the moon, which is important to mark the arrival of Eid al-Fitr at the end of Ramadan. The sticker with juice and dates on the plate depicts the iftar ceremony, when Muslims break their fast every day at sunset. The third sticker shows the mosque, a place of worship for all Muslims during Ramadan.
Instagram teamed up with Hala AlAbbasi, an illustrator from Bahrain, to create these three stickers. He was inspired by his favorite aspect of Ramadan and thought to reflect on the “beautiful moments we shared together.” To use these stickers, open your Instagram story drawer by swiping on the screen while creating a new story and add your favorite of the three stickers. This sticker is located at the top of the story compartment.
Users using this sticker will be introduced to Instagram’s multi-author story, which includes all stories celebrating Ramadan. This is shown at the front of the Stories compartment.
In addition to these stickers, Instagram recently introduced a new Remix feature that lets users record alongside existing roles. Remix wants to keep up with TikTok’s popular Duet feature. This will come in handy when recording your reactions, replying to friends, or creating trending videos from scratch.
