In 2022 WhatsApp App Won’t Work on This Smartphone – Some Android and iOS phones may not be able to use the WhatsApp messaging program next year. The reason is that the company will withdraw support for versions of the OS that are not updated starting in 2022.
According to LiveMint, WhatsApp will only work on phones running Android 4.0.3 or later operating mechanism. For iPhone, it will fit on iOS 9 and later.
Until Android phones like HTC Desire, LG Optimus Black, Motorola Droid Razr and Samsung Galaxy S2 probably won’t be able to use this program again.
While for the iPhone, iPhone 4 and its initial mode does not play a role for this program. 4S, 5, 5S, 5C, 6, and 6S modes need to update the operating mechanism to iOS 9 or later to use WhastApp.
However, Facebook’s instant messaging platform continues to run programs for specific phones with OS KaiOS 2.5.1 or later, including the JioPhone and JioPhone 2.
“There is no option to transfer the conversation story. But WhatsApp will give you the option of exporting conversation stories in addition to e-mails,” the medium noted, quoting another Facebook subsidiary.

Settings > in the About menu > if the version used is 4.0.3 or later, then WhatsApp will continue to be used next year.
Current iPhone users:
Settings > General > About > if it shows Ios 9 or later then WhatsApp can be used next year. S
Initially in 2022, WhatsApp could not be used again on Android phones 2.3.7 and below. For iPhone, the program cannot be used on i0S 8 and below.
