- You are not a member of the Police / TNI, PPPK / PNS (ASN), not a village head or other village apparatus, not a member of the DPR / DPRD, not a BUMD / BUMN commissioner.
- You have never received/received assistance from the Pre-Employment Card program in subsequent batches because one person can only receive this assistance once.
- You are also not a participant / register for another PPKM assistance program from the government.
5. Wage Subsidy Assistance (BSU)
Wage Subsidy Assistance or also called PPKM 1 million assistance is one of the Covid assistance programs from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker).
The target recipients of this assistance are laborers or workers with a total aid fund of around Rp. 500,000 which is given 2 times in 2 months. But not just any worker who can receive this assistance. There are a number of conditions and criteria that must be met, namely:
- Indonesian citizens who are active in the BPJS Employment program.
- Is a worker / laborer with a maximum salary of IDR 3,500,000 per month.
- The location of the workplace is in the PPKM level 4 and 3 areas.
- Preference will be given to workers in the property, real estate, consumer goods, services and trade sectors, as well as transportation.

- Put free tokens into the same meter as your customer ID.
b) Via Application
- Download and open the app PLN Mobile from the App Store / Play Store then click menu Info and Promothen look for the sub menu PLN Cares for Covid-19.
- Enter the customer or meter number and wait for the free tokens to appear.
