How to Refund Games on Steam Complete and Easy

How to Refund Steam Games

Open the app Steam

The first step you have to open the Steam application, not the Web.

Then when the application is open, click menu Help at the top of the application, after that select Steam Support.

Select the title of the game you want to refund

You will be faced with a list of all the history of purchases that you have made, search for the Game / Application that you want Refund then just click on the name of the game / application.

Choose the Option I would like a refund

You have to confirm once again and select “I’d Like To Request a Refund“

Submit Request and Done

At this point, you will be asked by Steam the reason why you want to refund the game / application. You have to give the real reason, on the options Reason: several more options will appear, namely “It’s not fun” “Its frame rate is to slow” “The game is too difficult” “I purchased this by accident” and so on. Waiting for Process from Steam

Conditions for receiving the Refund Process

The refund time is only 14 days or 2 weeks, starting from the game purchase date.
