How to use Cheat Grand Theft Auto 4 PC & PS3
To activate GTA IV cheat codes for PC, enter the above codes as the phone number on Niko’s cell phone while playing the game.
Meanwhile, to bring up Niko’s phone, press the up direction button. To bring up the keypad, press the up directional key again. Then press the call button (green) to activate the GTA 4 cheat.
