Nvidia officially announced their latest line of high-end graphics cards namely the GeForce RTX 2070, RTX 2080, and RTX 2080 Ti officially announced by Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang during the Gamescom 2022 event last night. This latest VGA will use Nvidia’s latest architecture called Turing and with ray-tracing technology, ray tracing is a rendering technique that tracks the path of light rays to create a very realistic animation that will make the game more realistic.
The new RTX 2000 series is claimed to have a performance of up to six times faster than its predecessor series like GTX 1080, etc. On the official Nvidia website, further details have been given, starting from the price and complete specifications about this latest generation series. Here is the price list for Founders Edition:
- GeForce RTX 2080 Ti: $1,199 (Idr 17,475,425)
- GeForce RTX 2080: $799 (Idr 11,640,631)
- GeForce RTX 2070: $599 (If translated to IDR 8,726.831)

Ray Tracing currently supports three new games, namely Battlefield 5, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and Metro Exodus. Of course in the future there will be many more games that support Ray Tracing.
