
Exactly two months ago PUBG just broke a new record by successfully selling 10 million copies, and after two months passed to be precise in November this sales drastically doubled. Now creative director Brendan Greene said on Twitter that now PUBG sales have moved past 20 million copies.

In addition to announcing their latest achievement, through a follow-up to a tweet on the official PUBG Twitter account, they apologized “for the inconvenience caused by cheaters,” and more importantly they promised to eradicate the cheaters. The developers warn that “the battle against cheaters won’t end overnight,” but say again a patch is on the way — it should actually be out later this week.
Even with Cheaters, popularity PUBG still not reduced. With Review status on Steam “mixed” but with sales of twenty million copies now worldwide, a twofold increase in less than two months is no less surprising.
The number of players has not decreased either, with 2.4 million concurrent players peaking today, more than three times the former king of the past. Dota 2which is above 680,000.
