Riot Seems to be Working on a New Game called Teemo’s Adventure

Niko Partners analyst Daniel Zhuge has highlighted a new game that appears to be in-game at League of Legends, Riot Games. The game is called Teemo’s Adventure and was revealed in the list of GPC-approved games, indicating that the light has been given the go-ahead for sale in China.

Teemo, “The Swift Scout,” is a League of Legends champion that LoL players hate so much. Not because he’s bad at what he does, but because he’s so good at it: Like a pest in the NHL, Teemo’s true strength lies in his ability to repel opponents into apoplectic, thus making them prone to making mistakes.

“Used properly, the kit can create a tsunami of fury that reverberates throughout the Summoner Rift,” we explain in our latest analysis why everyone hates Teemo. “It’s because of the global taunt that manages to annoy his opponents on the verge of insanity, and even his own teammates when he accidentally steals an assassin via one of the Noxious Traps.”

But he’s really cute too, which makes him ideal for standalone play. Zhuge said Teemo’s Adventure looks set to be a PC game, but beyond that there’s no indication of what it will be: It might be a full spin-off, possibly signaling the start of LoL Adventures’ series of single-hero adventures; or maybe it’s the next Blitzcrank Poro screening.

For now, Riot Games has no say: A rep said the studio has no comment on the report.
