For you students, of course, during this pandemic, you will carry out online teaching and learning activities and you will definitely get a study quota and are confused about how to use the learning quota that you have received from the government.
This study quota itself is obtained only for students who are still in high school and below. For students, they get their own quota from their respective universities while still paying UKT.
According to government information, the learning quota is only available for those who are still students and are officially registered at their respective schools.
So if you are an alumni you cannot use or activate the study quota which is specifically intended for students and teaching staff.

For the XL provider itself, you can register by filling out the form available on the official website from the Ministry of Education and Culture and but must use the school code and you have to request it through the TU staff of your respective school.
