Effective Communication Process. Still together again, dear friends. I haven’t uploaded in a long time / wrote a little argument (I feel really sad, and I still have a lot of things to do). So here I explain a little about effective conversation, what kind of conversation?
Here we will discuss it. immediately so that it won’t take long (I think everything is still waiting). So an effective conversation according to Pak Jalal quotes Stewart L. Tubbs and Sylvia Moss is “Effective communication creates at least 5 things: Understanding, enjoyment, influence on attitudes, improved relationships and actions.”
Definition
Careful understanding of what is being said. not run away from the issues discussed. Isn’t there often a commotion because of the lack of careful acceptance of what the other person is talking about?
Enjoyment
It means; The communication that we do is aimed at conveying information and forming understanding. justification; when we do not feel happy in a communication means that we cannot enter the second stage of this effective communication. and if we can’t do this I think the communication we’re having is failing to create fun.
Influence on Attitude
It means; most of the time we communicate to influence others without us knowing it. So this kind of communication is called persuasive communication. Persuasive communication requires an understanding of the factors in a speaker (communicator) and messages that cause effects on the ongoing communication.
Better Relationships and
If we are communicating, but can’t create a good relationship it will lead to a relationship that lacks solidarity. However, at a glance, the communication that we have done sometimes causes something like that or the other way around? I think there are a few events like that although not many
Action
Communication to generate understanding is difficult, but even more difficult to cause action. Cause action is indeed the end result of communication. Action is the cumulative result of the entire communication process.
So communication is not just communication, but there are things we must do in that communication. one of which I have mentioned above.
