The sequel to Breath of the Wild was first announced at E3 in 2022. At that time, there was no information regarding this latest sequel other than confirmation that the game was far from finished.

Sure enough, Nintendo is currently preparing a sequel to Zelza: BOTW. Through the Nintendo Direct session at E3 today, they have shared various new information regarding the game.
