Boot animation is a logo animation that appears every time the user turns on the phone. Usually it has been pinned on each mobile phone vendor with different animation styles. To change the boot animation as you want, you can replace the bootanimation.zip file which is located in the system file.

Before starting the steps below, you need to know that this method cannot be done unless the phone is rooted. So if the phone is not rooted you can’t get access or view system files to change the boot animation. So if there is a tutorial that says you can do it without root, then it’s clear that it’s fake. For phones that have not been rooted, please follow the tutorial at the link below
Okay, let’s go straight to the steps
How to Change Android Boot Animation Easy and Safe
2. If you already have one of the file manager applications above, please open and run the application. Entered into System – Media
3. Inside the Media folder, you will find the file “bootanimation.zip” please rename it with any name it’s up to you. For example so “bootanimation123.zip”

4. Next, download the boot animation from Google or the XDA forum because there are lots of different animations that you can choose from.
5. After you get the bootanimation file, please change it to bootanimation.zip and move the file to system – media
So in the media folder there are 2 animated boot files, namely bootanimation123.zip and bootanimation.zip.
6. Please press and hold until bootanimation.zip select permission until the following pop up appears. Then check as shown below (rw-rr)

7. Done, please restart the phone.
To return to the initial boot view, you just need to delete bootanimation.zip and change bootanimation123.zip to bootanimation.zip.
Now for some mobile phone vendors such as Samsung, in the media system, it turns out that there is no bootanimation.zip file but a collection of files with the format .qmg
To change it, it’s actually the same, you just need to download the extract zip file and see the files in it. Usually there are 3 or 4 files like bootsamsung.qmg, bootsamsungloop.qmg, shutdown.qmg, and PowerOn.ogg
Please copy and move the file above into the folder system – media. If there is a warning overwrite or replace please allow it.
Notes: Especially for audio files PowerOn.ogg please copy and move it to a folder system – media – audio – ui
Don’t forget to backup all the original files to return to the initial view
If you have set permissions for each of the above files with rw-rr

Finished. Please restart
