1. To start the installation, first enable usb debugging on the phone. Next, please download ADB & fastboot drivers on your computer. (https://drive*google*com/file/d/0B0MKgCbUM0itSUhpUklCTFpzWkE/view?usp=drive_open)
Copy then replace the star with a dot
2. After that, download the TWRP recovery above according to the brand of phone you are using then rename the file to TWRP.img
3. Now copy the file TWRP.img which has been downloaded into the folder ADB & fastboot.
4. Connect the phone to the computer and open a Windows command prompt via the ADB password folder. By holding down the Shift key on the keyboard and right-clicking the mouse at the same time. See image below
5. Then enter the commands below one by one.
adb device
– above command to verify device connection to computer.
adb reboot bootloader
– above command to reboot or restart the device into fastboot mode.
Fastboot devices
– to verify device connection in fastboot mode.
fastboot flash recovery TWRP.img
– above command to flash recovery and TWRP installed successfully.
fast boot reboot
– above command to reboot the device.
Done, now your phone has the latest TWRP custom recovery installed.
