2. Go to facebook help center menu
When you have found the information that the Facebook account has been deactivated.

The link is above the download button for your information.
After logging into the help center, you will find an article “why was my account disabled?”.
In the article, it was explained that the reason the fb account was disabled was because it violated community guidelines. But it could also be because Facebook has made a mistake.
So let’s just say that Facebook has made a mistake in deactivating our account. Then to notify the error we must appeal.

3. Enter the facebook account name and Upload a photo of the identity card on the notify us page
What you have to enter is the name of the facebook account, not the name on the ID card or other identity card.
So if you use a fake name on your FB account, the possibility of being active again is very small. Because Facebook will match the uploaded name and identity card.
After the process is complete, you have to wait for a decision from Facebook. The results of the decision will be notified in approximately one week.

- The file format must also be . jpeg (facebook recommendation)

4. Facebook account will be reactivated if it does not violate community guidelines
Facebook will look back at the deactivated account and reconsider whether it was a mistake or if it was actually a violation.
What will be seen is the activity log of the facebook account. Because all account activity that has been done will be stored in the menu.
So here back to the consideration of the Facebook. Even though our account violates it but can still be tolerated, the account will be active and can be reopened.
For the case on my facebook account, the facebook stated an error which means my account can be recovered.
Maybe because the first account has been deactivated due to the use of bots, and the second account is deactivated again maybe because the cache from the bot is still being read. After I appeal the second account can still be active. Yes, because it does not violate anything.
So opening a deactivated facebook account can still work based on the type of violation committed.
