How to solve not being able to call
- There must be a signal at your place
- The card has a minimum credit of 5 thousand or 10 thousand
- Restart the phone first
- And setting the Fixed Dialing Number (FDN) feature so that it is not active

How to fix it can’t be on the phone
- Check your number first by calling using someone else’s card, and is there only 1 number that can’t reach your card or are there several numbers?
