- For the first step, you have to download and apply the application on the Google PlayStore or via the following link (Download Check Bansos).
- Next, do the registration process, because the Suggestion and Dispute menu can only be accessed using a user ID that has been verified and activated by the admin of the Ministry of Social Affairs.
- Before registering, prepare in advance the Family Card number, NIK and KTP.
- After the registration process is complete, you can select the Suggestion List menu then add a proposal.
