At the same time, a man named Jack Dawson won a lottery which won a ticket for the third class Titanic, which was also leaving for New York that day.
Rose is unhappy and so desperate with her life that she decides to jump off the stern of the ship.
Jack, who knew that, immediately saved Rose from committing suicide.
