Definition of art according to some experts:
- Suharto Rijoatmojo in the book Ethnologie, art is anything created by humans to fulfill or to show a sense of beauty. Art is the result of elements of human culture, namely taste.
- According to Alexander Alland, art is playing by producing an aesthetically representative form of transformation. and Art in general is a manifestation of culture and human feelings.
The definition of art in the Anthropology Class XI SMA and MA Language Program (2009:4), explains that fine art is a branch of art that forms works of art and can be caught by the eye and felt by touch.
The impression given by art is the result of processing the concepts of line, plane, shape, volume, color, texture, and lighting with an aesthetic reference. It can be concluded that most of the aesthetic values in works of art rely on visual power.
