Valentina can use this skill again in 6 seconds (requires Mana). Every time Shadow Bolt hits an opponent, the Cooldown of Shadow Strike will decrease for 1 second.
Ultimate Skill: I Am You
Valentina absorbs the specified enemy Hero’s power, slows it by 70% for 0.5 seconds and gains the ability to use their Ultimate.
Valentina will change into the form of the opponent’s Hero and get the Basic Attack Hero type for up to 12 seconds. (Regular skills do not change, unless the opponent’s Ultimate has a Morph effect).
This skill has no effect on Valentina on the other side, the stolen Ultimate Level is determined by Valentina’s own Ultimate Level.
If the opponent’s hero is a Physical Damage type, Valentina will get an additional (+100% Total Magic Power) Physical Attack until the duration ends.
Passive Skill: Primal Force
Valentina gains 30EXP every time she deals damage to an enemy hero. Cooldown 2 seconds, If the enemy hero is lower than Valentina, 60% of the damage dealt will be converted to Valentina’s HP.

Enchanted Talisman
The first Valentina build is that we can use the Enchanted Talisman to reduce the cooldown of Valentina’s hero and can also regenerate Valentina’s mana. Because Hero Valentina is very wasteful of mana.
Magic Shoes
The second Valentina build is in the shoe section I use cooldown shoes, you can also use which shoes, friends, if you feel that the regen from the Enchanted Talisman item is lacking.
Because Valentina’s first item also has Cooldown Reduction, so it can be replaced without using Magic Shoes.
Fleeting Time
In the third Valentina build, we have Fleeting Time. Using this Fleeting Time item can reduce Cooldown Reduction and what is very useful from this item is the Passive item, which can reduce the Ultimate Hero’s Cooldown Skill by 30%.

Necklace of Durance
The fifth Valentina build has NOD (Necklace of Durance) which can add Magical Lifesteal from Valentina. As we know that Lifesteal from Valentina is pretty good.
So I use NOD so that the lifesteal can be even faster. In addition, NOD is also suitable for enemy heroes who use HP Regen and get Cooldown Reduction as well.
Which is very suitable and good for Valentine’s hero to be able to issue skills continuously.
Immortality
The last Valentina build is Immortality, here actually you are free to use what you want. But because of the previous Valentina build items there are no defensive items. So here I add Immortality so that it doesn’t die immediately if it is attacked by enemy heroes.
Even if we die, we can still take advantage of Valentina’s passive skill which can regenerate our hero’s HP. So I think this immortality item is very suitable hehe.
Valentina’s Optional Items
Here I give 2 Valentine items that you might be able to use too and these are optional. So it is used depending on your position when playing losing or winning position.
Queen’s Wings
The first item is Queen’s Wings, I use Queens Wings because I am interested in the Spell Vamp of this item which can increase by 25% when our HP is reduced from 40%.
Besides that, it can add a decent HP for Valentina.
Shadow Twinblades
The second optional item is that you can use Shadow Twinblades. I use this item to add Magical Lifesteal from Valentina which is very useful during battle or war.
By using Twinblades, you can also increase Magic Damage which is pretty good and 1 combo can instantly die.
Valentine’s Spell
For my spell here, I use Flameshot more. But friends can also use Flicker or Execute. Depending on the opponent’s hero too, if there are many stun heroes, you can use Flicker or Purify.
If the opponent’s hero only has 1 tank, he can use Execute.

For the Valentine emblem, I’m using the Mage Emblem here. The Mage’s Emblem has Mastery, Contract and Magic Worship.
For Mastery, it can further reduce the cooldown skill of the hero valentina. If the Contract can get more lifesteal hehe and for Magic Worship it’s more for additional damage.
So it’s complete, there is a cooldown, lifesteal and damage. In my opinion, this hero will overpower and continue to be banned.
Weaknesses & Counter Hero Valentina
In my opinion, Valentine’s hero can be countered using Stun heroes and don’t try to fight 1 vs 1 with Valentina unless you have Stun skills or a combo dies.
If you can buy items that can reduce lifesteal, because the skill that irritates you is the passive skill of the Valentine’s own hero which can heal continuously.
