Stone Slate is stored in Beautiful Chests located throughout Tsurumi Island. To activate the two bird statues and the floor puzzle, you have to use the Electro element.

How to Get Stone Slate at Tsurumi Island Genshin Impact
To get chests from all locations of Ishine Script Stone Slate on Tsurumi Island in Inazuma, you have to solve some puzzles. Follow these steps to solve puzzles and open chests.
1. Find the Thunder Bird statue at the Stone Slates location. You can follow Electro Seelies to find bird statues.
2. Scan the Thunder Bird statue with Electro element. So, you need an Electro character, like Baal in Genshin Impact.
3. Activate the Ishine Script puzzle and match the symbols on the floor and the rocks outside. These symbols will light up sequentially. You need to hit the symbol stones in the correct order that you see on the floor to complete them.
4. To match them correctly, you have to write down or remember the symbols in the right order. The positions of the Ishine Script symbols in the seven different locations are not the same, but the puzzle is easy to solve.
After solving all the Stone Slate puzzles, you will receive a Beautiful Chest containing 5000 Mora and Stone Slate. There are seven Stone Slate locations with seven chests, so you will receive 35,000 Mora.
