Actor Zac Efron's Face Shape Changes, His Chin Shakes from Hitting Granite

Answering these rumors, Zac Efron finally spoke up, as in an interview with Men’s Health magazine.
“The muscles in the area around the cheeks seemed to enlarge. So it was very big,” Efron recalls quoting People.

Zac said that the jaw deformity was caused by an accident.
At that time Zac reminisced when he fell from running wearing socks inside the house. Zac’s face stared at the granite floor and suddenly fainted.
When he woke up, Zac found his chin shaking. Zac explained his jaw looks big because of the injury he suffered.
He also admitted that he chewed a lot using a masseter on his cheek. As a result of forcing too much chewing with the cheek, there is swelling in the area around the cheek.
Previously, Zac Efron was also suspected of having surgery last year. There are even doctors who say his chin looks like it’s filled with too much filler.
