5 Ways to Unregister All 2022 Credit Suction Indosat Services

How to Unregister All Indosat Pulse Services

One of the main reasons why our credit is being sucked up even though we have just filled it up is because we are still subscribing to Indosat’s smart service, which uses the automatic renewal method whenever we have sufficient credit to extend the subscription period.

It’s easy to unregister this type of pulse-sucking Indosat service. But you have to know, what services are you using at that time so that the ‘unreg’ target is right.

Indosat’s own services are many, there are internet services, telephone, SMS, premium SMS services and others.

In the following, Bungdus.com will describe how to unregister via dial up, SMS, Indosat outlets and the MyIM3 application for all types of Indosat services.

How to unregister all Indosat services that suck up credit

1. How to Unregister IM3 Services through Indosat Outlets

You just have to go to the Indosat outlet, bring your card and cell phone, say your complaint, such as: your credit has been cut off for an unknown reason.

They will solve the problem, you just sit back and wait. Or if you don’t want to be tired of traveling, you can issue a complaint to Indosat operator’s Facebook or Twitter (but it’s not very helpful).

However, while the problem is just unreg, you can do it yourself in the way below.

2. How to Unregister IM3 Services Through the MyIM3 Application

This method is even easier, on the MyIM3 application homepage you can see the various services that you are currently using, such as internet, telephone and SMS services. If you want to stop, it’s easy, just click the three dots in the left corner of the service, then select ‘Unsubscribe/delete service/package’.

But before that, first log into your MyIM3 account with your number. There is one feature there that allows users to view various usage and transaction histories (see where your credit has been siphoned off).

3. How to Unregister Indosat Services via Dial Up

Go to the dial pad page, follow these steps to stop an Indosat credit suction service.

  1. Type code *123#
  2. Click call on the Indosat SIM that is subscribed to the service
  3. Select number 7 (Info)
  4. Then select number 5 (Stop)
  5. Several service options will appear which you want to stop, starting from telephone, internet and SMS services
  6. After you choose, a confirmation will appear to confirm whether your choice is really serious or not
  7. Click 1 for ‘OK’

Wait a minute, the unreg process is being processed. If you have received a notification message that your unreg request has been approved, then the process is complete.

4. How to Unregister Indosat Services via SMS

The next way to unregister Indosat’s pulse-draining services is via SMS. This method does not require credit, I’ve tried it with a pulse of Rp 0 but it still works. But I’ve never tried it in a state of having credit, whether using a fee or not, you can check later.

The way to unreg is simpler, type the code UNREG then send it to 363.

Wait a minute, your previous service is automatically terminated. Automatically, the package can no longer be used, the credit is not sucked up, and you don’t have to worry about the credit being sucked in by Indosat’s obscure services.

5. How to Unregister Indosat’s Premium SMS Service with SMS and Dial Up

In addition to Indosat’s main services (internet, telephone and SMS), there is another type of service called Premium SMS. This service is sent specifically to the subscriber’s number, the content offers a variety of offers that you usually cannot find on the Indosat homepage. It can only be found through special codes that Indosat sends.

Usually the culprit is the number 99787 or 99210. If you have accidentally said yes, for example: (Reply this SMS with YES to subscribe), then there are two ways to stop the service.

Can be done via the dial up menu or SMS.

Look for the Premium SMS first, see who you get the offer from.

Type ‘STOP’ on the offer then click send on the number concerned.

Either this method consumes credit or not, just be careful by providing a little credit.

To stop the premium service, use this dial up code:

  1. Type *123*444# then call
  2. Choose 2 (My Services)
  3. Then 3 options appear, 1 for My Services (what services do you have), 2 for Unreg All Services (Quit all services you have) and 0 to return to the previous menu
  4. Select number 2 (Unreg ALL Services)
  5. Automatically all the services you have will stop and there will be no more credit withdrawals

Many or a few pulses are sucked in, it cannot be returned back into the form of pulses even though we have unregistered. Asking for compensation from Indosat will not be responded to. They only offer problem solving. So if your pulse is sucked, then just let it go.

In addition to pulses that can be sucked up because they are still connected to Indosat services, there are other reasons that pulses can suddenly be sucked out. Some are because you made a call at code *123 (or another code) but forgot the # symbol (fence). So the credit is cut off because it is considered a call.

There is also the reason that you send an SMS to a certain Indosat number which costs money. And another cause, you don’t turn off your data when your quota is up but not in Indosat’s Credit Safe mode.
