  1. Open the PLN Mobile application.

  2. Log into the account by entering the PIN code according to the registration.

  4. Next select menu Electricity bill and token information.

  5. Select the customer number in the column provided.

As long as billing information is displayed, your PLN customer number is secure and not blocked. The rest, if you want to check the full customer number information, you can go to the tab use, then tap Menu History, status and progress. Then enter the customer number and the information will be displayed later.

And one more thing: if one day you cannot open the PLN Mobile application, e.g. B. exit yourself, please use a different internet connection. For example, if you’re currently using Wi-Fi, try switching to cellular data.
